We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Child with Disabilities Team in the vibrant London Borough of Tower Hamlets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families with complex needs.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Undertaking assessments and implementing care plans for children with disabilities
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
  • Providing support, advice, and guidance to families to promote positive change and resilience
  • Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration
  • Experience working within Children's Services, ideally within a Child with Disabilities Team
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
