To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., BA or MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult social work, particularly within a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to case management.
