We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Hospital Team in Salford. This role is crucial in providing high-quality support to adults with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care during their hospital stay and transition back to the community. Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in adult social work, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
