The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/BSc in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Care Wales.
  • Experience working in adult social care, preferably within a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
