  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
