We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Community Team in Nottinghamshire. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and risks.

  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to facilitate effective service delivery.
  • Monitoring and reviewing care plans regularly to adapt to changing needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A valid Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly within community settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
