Join our dedicated team in Lewisham as an Advanced Practitioner within the Multi-Agency Children’s Partnership (MACP). Offering a competitive rate of £41.10 per hour (Umbrella), this position is ideal for those looking to further their career in the Allied Health Professional (AHP) field.

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support and interventions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and appropriate services. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students. Engaging with external agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and services provided.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:

Registered with a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, NMC). A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within children’s services. Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SCP Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic Qualified Social Work team in Middlesbrough.
