We are currently seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our Hinckley Family Help team in Leicestershire. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work field, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for families requiring support
  • Providing direct intervention and therapeutic services to families and individuals
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

Essential qualifications and skills:
