We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Tower Hamlets, specializing in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable individuals and their families.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Assessing the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and developing personalized care plans Providing advocacy and support to ensure individuals have access to appropriate services and resources Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support Conducting risk assessments and safeguarding interventions as necessary Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and adjust support plans

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker (QSW) status with relevant experience in the field of learning disabilities Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and their families Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to social work practice

In addition to the above requirements, candidates with experience in working with diverse communities and proficiency in additional languages will be highly valued.
