We are currently seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our Hinckley Family Help team in Leicestershire. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work field, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for families requiring support Providing direct intervention and therapeutic services to families and individuals Supervising and supporting junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery Collaborating with external agencies and professionals to coordinate holistic support for families Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in a similar role Registration with Social Work England Demonstrated ability to assess complex family situations and develop appropriate interventions Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families and stakeholders Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
