Join our dedicated Children's Social Work team in Rochdale, focusing on Early Help and Safeguarding. As a Social Worker in the Early Help and Safeguarding Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
  • Developing and implementing support plans in partnership with families.
  • Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and interventions.
  • Providing advice and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
