Children's SW - Early help Team - Liverpool

As a Children's Social Worker in the Early Help Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing tailored support plans for children and their families.
  • Working closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate services and resources.
  • Providing direct support and interventions to families, focusing on building resilience and improving outcomes.
  • Monitoring and reviewing progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the children and families.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in an early help or preventative capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
