To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children’s social work, particularly in family support and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to case management.
