To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant qualification in Social Work (Degree or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding procedures.
