Safeguarding Social Worker - Northamptonshire

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

- Demonstrated experience in safeguarding practices and child protection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various agencies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
