Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families through comprehensive evaluations. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Monitoring and reviewing progress to ensure effective support and intervention. Building strong relationships with children, families, and community resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to legal and organizational standards.To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work and case management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
