As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need of support. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the safety and welfare of children. Providing direct support and intervention to families, helping them to overcome challenges and improve their circumstances. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines. Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights and improve service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a commitment to improving outcomes for children.
