As a key member of our Help & Protection Team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing guidance and support to families to enhance their capacity to care for their children. Participating in court proceedings and contributing to child protection conferences.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and protection. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
