Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with legislation and local policies.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.
  • Providing advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders, promoting best practices in safeguarding.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
