Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of local safeguarding policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
