Out of Hours Social Worker - Stockport

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Out of Hours Social Worker to join our team in Stockport. As an essential member of our Qualified Social Work field, you will play a crucial role in providing support and intervention during non-traditional working hours.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Respond to urgent and crisis situations outside regular office hours
  • Conduct assessments and provide appropriate interventions for vulnerable individuals and families
  • Collaborate with emergency services, healthcare professionals, and other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions
