Achieving for Children is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Work - Children’s Services (CSW) Team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

  • Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and reviews.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Hons in Social Work, MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within children's services and understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across agencies.
