Join our dedicated Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Brighton and Hove, where we are committed to making a positive impact in our community. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to support adults experiencing mental health challenges. In this role, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals to promote recovery and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of adults with mental health issues through comprehensive evaluations. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in partnership with service users. Providing ongoing support and intervention to promote mental health recovery. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult mental health social work and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
