Participating in regular supervision and training to enhance your professional development and practice.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
