Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to inform court decisions. Preparing detailed reports for court, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and effectively. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including legal professionals, social services, and educational institutions. Providing expert advice and support to families while maintaining a child-centered approach. Participating in court hearings and contributing to case discussions with a focus on child welfare.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection, family law, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
