Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, families, and other stakeholders. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children in care and ensuring their voices are heard. Providing support and guidance to foster carers, helping them to create a nurturing environment for children. Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with local authority policies and procedures.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children in care or similar settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
