To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within children's social services, preferably within a C&F team.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
