Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. Providing advice and support to families, ensuring they are empowered to make informed decisions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and policy requirements. Participating in team meetings and case conferences to share insights and contribute to service improvements.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a children’s social work environment, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families.
