The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, specifically within fostering or adoption settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
