We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's SW - FAST Team in Lincolnshire. This dynamic role requires an individual who is committed to safeguarding children and enhancing their well-being within the community. As part of the FAST (Family Assessment and Support Team), you will work collaboratively with families to provide timely interventions and support, ensuring that children receive the care and protection they deserve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families, schools, and other agencies. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard in the decision-making process.
