In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with statutory requirements. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to address identified needs. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and timely records and documentation in accordance with local policies. Providing support and guidance to children and their families, ensuring their voices are heard.To be successful in this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
