Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing support plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders. Providing advice and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources. Maintaining accurate and timely records of assessments, interventions, and progress. Participating in multi-agency meetings to share insights and coordinate support efforts.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection, family support, or related fields. Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgments.
