Join our dedicated team as a Children's DTM (Designated Team Manager) within the Contact Team in Southwark, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.   • Strong understanding of child protection legislation, local safeguarding policies, and best practice standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
