We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Duty & Assessment Team in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who are committed to safeguarding children and enhancing their welfare. You will play a pivotal role in assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring that they receive the appropriate support and intervention.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to address identified risks. Collaborating with various agencies, including schools, health services, and community organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national guidelines. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in duty and assessment settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
