We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Protection Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Lincolnshire. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will lead in the assessment and management of complex cases, ensuring the highest standards of child protection practice are upheld.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans that promote child safety and well-being. Providing expert guidance and support to social work colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure coordinated responses to safeguarding concerns. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.

Are you a passionate and experienced social worker looking to make a significant impact in the lives of children and families?
