The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Work - Looked After Children (LAC) Team.   • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children in care, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
  • Collaborating with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support and interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in working with children and families, particularly within a looked after children context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
