Join our dedicated Children's Social Work team in Harrow as a Senior Manager (SM) for the Children with Disabilities (CWD) and Safeguarding Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized professional qualification in Social Work (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and working with children with disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in children's social care.
