Join our dynamic Safeguarding Team in Harrow as an Adult's Social Worker! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to support vulnerable adults and ensure their safety and well-being. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing safeguarding measures to protect individuals at risk. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of safeguarding support. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure effective safeguarding interventions. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure ongoing support and risk management. Providing professional advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding matters.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
