We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Wrexham ATM Looked After Children team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and young people in care.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for looked after children Providing direct support and advocacy for children and young people in care Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make recommendations Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and policies

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Care Wales Experience working with looked after children and young people in a social work setting Strong assessment and case management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
