We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Work - K&S Team in Bradford. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people in our community. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to provide support and interventions that promote positive outcomes for children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and timely records of all casework activities and interventions. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within children's social services, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
