As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Working closely with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Providing advice and support to families, empowering them to make positive changes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with local and national standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Care Wales. Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
