We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker (SSW) to join our dynamic CSW Team in Gateshead. In this fulfilling role, you will work collaboratively with children, families, and various agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in need. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA or MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
