Join our dedicated team as a Children’s Social Worker (SSW) within the Assessment and Intervention (A & I) Team in Gateshead. To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection, safeguarding, and working with vulnerable children and families.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
