As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing safeguarding assessments and interventions for adults at risk. Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies regarding safeguarding concerns. Conducting complex case reviews and ensuring compliance with local and national safeguarding policies. Supporting the development and delivery of training programs to enhance safeguarding knowledge across the workforce. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to promote best practices in safeguarding adults.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A relevant professional qualification in social work, nursing, or allied health professions. Significant experience working in adult safeguarding or related fields. Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships. Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide effective supervision to junior staff.
