Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing the needs of adults and developing tailored care plans to meet those needs. Conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing appropriate safeguarding measures. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to deliver comprehensive support services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local authority policies and procedures. Providing guidance and support to families and caregivers to enhance the overall quality of life for service users.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders. Proficiency in assessment and intervention techniques, particularly within adult social care. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
