Join our dedicated Family Support Team in Oxfordshire as a Children’s Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of children and families in our community. We are seeking passionate and qualified professionals to provide comprehensive support, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children. Your expertise will help families navigate challenges and access essential services, fostering positive outcomes for children and their caregivers.

As a Children’s Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to case reviews.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families. Proven experience in a social work setting, particularly with children and families.

Join our dedicated Family Support Team as a Children's Social Worker in Oxfordshire, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community. You will be responsible for assessing family needs, developing intervention plans, and providing ongoing support to enhance family functioning.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families. Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including health and education professionals. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly within a family support context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
