Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Social Worker in the Children's Social Work – Children & Families Team in Gloucestershire. We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to provide support and intervention to children and families in need. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable children and contribute to their safety, welfare, and development.

As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing the needs of children and families and developing tailored intervention plans. Conducting home visits and engaging with families to provide support and guidance. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive care and support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and interventions. Participating in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external agencies.

Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (C & F Team) in Gloucestershire, where your passion for making a difference can thrive. We are seeking a qualified social worker who is committed to improving the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and external agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
