To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in intervention or safeguarding. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
