To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with UASC or young adults in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
