Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and circumstances.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
